The Vex Strike Force is a unique event that occurs randomly within the Vex Incursion Zone in Neomuna. This is a challenging event that gives you 10 minutes to defeat six Vex bosses.
However, the most challenging part of the Vex Strike Force are not the bosses or the enemy density, but actually finding an active event. Luckily, these events are global and occur at the same time for all players worldwide. This means our spies at the Vex Incursion Network can alert you as soon as possible.

Why is the Vex Strike Force such a big deal? Because it is one of the only places where you can get new Exotic armor. As explained by developer Bungie:
